We process personal data for the following purposes:
Use of the website
When you use our website, you choose which types of cookies you want to consent to, however, we always set functionally necessary cookies. The legal basis for processing the data is the balancing of interests rule Art. 6 (1) (f) in connection with the necessary cookies and consent Art. 6 (1) (a) for the statistical cookies.
If you consent to statistical cookies, it allows for automatic adaptation of the language on the website and understanding how the website is used in order to provide you with a better user experience.
If you consent to marketing cookies, it allows you to target relevant ads on various social and digital media, such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

Newsletters
When you sign up for Conxion’s newsletter, we process general personal data. We only process your email address for sending newsletters.
The legal basis for processing the information is consent art. 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Consent is given in connection with subscribing to the Conxion’x newsletter. It is possible to withdraw your consent at any time, after which your e-mail information will be deleted. Consent can be withdrawn by unsubscribing at the bottom of the newsletters or by writing to .
Processing of personal data in the performance of a contract
In connection with your order with Conxion A/S, you have entered/provided a number of personal information, including in particular: Your name, email address, telephone number and your payment information/invoicing information.
We process this personal data in connection with the dispatch of your order, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the deal/contract, as well as for a subsequent period of 84 months, so that you can more easily shop with us a second time and we can follow up on the delivery of the order – at the same time, personal data is stored in order to comply with the Accounting Act. The information will then be deleted.
If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be given to our delivery company(s), currently GLS, Danske Fragtmænd, DHL and Xpressen for the purpose of delivering your order.
Recipients
Personal data is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties except in individual cases. The information is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
The information may be entrusted to data processors who, for example, assist Conxion with marketing and sending out newsletters.
Data security
Regardless of whether we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or on the basis of your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We use third parties to process your payment information (DIBS) and to handle your purchases (Odoo). We have entered into data processing agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
Your rights
When Conxion processes your personal data, you have a number of rights.
- You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.
- You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
- In particular, you have an unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
- If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you withdraw your consent.
- You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
- You can always file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way D-mærket processes your personal data. You can find the Danish Data Protection Agency’s contact information at www.datatilsynet.dk.
To exercise your rights, please contact Conxion at There may be conditions or limitations to these rights. It is therefore not certain that you, for example, have the right to data portability in your specific case. This will depend on the specific circumstances of the processing activities.
Changes to the privacy policy
D-mark reserves the right to change this privacy policy based on significant changes in legislation, new technical solutions, new or improved functions or to improve the website.
